Reproduction Muffler Shield/Protector Z50 K3-78 (USA Models) and Z50J1 (Aussie model) .

Ours are virtually identical to the OEM version (which are long discontinued from Honda).

Muffler guards are often bent or rusty and pitted making them hard to restore. 

So, the easy solution is to just replace it with a new one.
