Classic Honda 50's Australia Terms and Conditions

Payment and Bank Account Details - When you make a purchase online a printable invoice will be generated at checkout showing the total amount for parts purchased plus a postage charge based on the total weight of the parts. Payment can be made instantly via PayPal either by credit card or through your personal PayPal account or by direct bank deposit, bank cheque or money order. Bank account details are provided on the printable invoice. Parts will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Registered Post - All purchases over AU$1000.00 will be required to be sent by registered post, additional insurance is also available with registered post. We recommend registered post for all purchases, if your package is found to be damaged on arrival you are able to address the problem immediately with the carrier before having to sign for the package and if the package goes missing there are safeguards to protect both buyer and seller.

Prices, Quotation and Estimates - Prices, Quotes and Estimates are subject to change without prior notice. Parts sourced from overseas are subject to pricing variations from fluctuating monetary exchange rates and transport/postage costs. Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling on the date of dispatch. All prices, quotations and estimates do not include any delivery unless stated. Prices include goods and services tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

Liability - Classic Honda 50's Australia accepts no liability for expenditure incurred, loss of product or consequential loss of any kind, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any faults which occur in goods supplied by Classic Honda 50's Australia, or as a result of late, partial, wrong or non delivery of goods ordered. Each parts manufacturer or supplier has their own warranty, guarantee or terms and conditions, if you have received a faulty product please contact us immediately and we will direct your enquiry to the appropriate part supplier or manufacturer.

TB Parts Disclaimer - There are no warranties on any of the TB Parts products listed. However, all of the TB Parts products are high quality items and if you have any doubt regarding a particular product, we suggest you purchase one and conduct your own testing. No warranty is provided or implied by Trail Bikes for any such use of products or damage caused by their use or abuse. All products sold by Trail Bikes are intended for off road use only. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless for any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to buyer’s installation or use of products purchased from Trail Bikes.Dealers have been known to void warranties due to installation of performance parts. Trail Bikes assumes no responsibility, and therefore, all parts are to be installed at purchasers own risk.

Purchaser understands and recognizes that parts sold by Trail Bikes are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and/or used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured by Trail Bikes for a particular application is solely the purchaser's decision. Trail Bikes makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, there is no Warranty Of Merchantability. This publication could contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. Trail Bikes may make improvements and/or changes in the technical specifications, products and promotions of said products described in this publication at any time without prior notice.

As an Australian TB Parts Distributor the above mentioned TB Parts Disclaimer also applies to all TB Parts products supplied and sold by Classic Honda 50's Australia.

 Carriage and Freight - Carriage, Freight and packaging may be charged extra on all orders and bulky items such as frames and large aluminium parts will attract higher postage rates due to the final size of the package. Every reasonable care is taken that goods are adequately packaged for delivery. However, should goods arrive damaged, or should parts be missing from breakage, the carriers receipt must be supplied / retained and a claim for any loss or damage should be made upon the carrier. Classic Honda 50's Australia can not, and will not accept responsibility for goods after they leave the Classic Honda 50's Australia premises. In any case Classic Honda 50's Australia should be notified of such losses or damage where the buyer must quote the accompanied delivery receipt from Classic Honda 50's Australia and the Delivering Carrier details, we can then contact the carrier as well to assist with your claim.

Return of Goods - Return of Goods is only accepted if goods are in the original, resaleable condition with carriage paid. Goods made, cut or modified to a requested size, length or specification cannot be accepted back for credit unless incorrect or defective. In other cases where product ordered is accepted back a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Goods must be returned within 5 days of purchase, outside of this time frame it will be at Classic Honda 50's Australia discretion.
